Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Loger website, platform, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Loger (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Loger provides a catalog management and product infrastructure platform that allows users to import, structure, manage, synchronize, and publish product data, including integrations with third-party platforms such as Shopify. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect unauthorized use or breach of these Terms.

You retain ownership of all product data, catalog information, and materials you upload to the Service. By using Loger, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process such data and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including Shopify. By connecting third-party services, you authorize Loger to access and process relevant data as required to provide functionality. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party platforms, and your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to attempting to reverse engineer the platform, interfering with system integrity or security, accessing data that does not belong to you, transmitting malicious code, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or infringing intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, for violations.

Loger offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing upon reasonable notice, and continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We strive to maintain high availability and performance; however, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that the Service will meet all specific requirements. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loger disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Loger, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Loger in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that poses legal, financial, or operational risk.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and underlying technology, are owned by Loger or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service or the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works beyond normal platform usage.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you have questions regarding these Terms, you may contact us at hi@loger.io.
