Terms of Use

Last updated: April 10, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and related services offered by [INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Loger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://loger.io (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data. By using the Services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

1. The Services

Loger provides tools to help you import, organize, enrich, sync, and publish product-related data (including via integrations such as Google Drive and connected e‑commerce platforms). Features and availability may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

Beta / preview features may be unstable or withdrawn without notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (typically 16 or 18) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for:

  • Accurate registration information and keeping it current.

  • Safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

  • Notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Services or others.

3. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and to pay applicable fees and taxes. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or termination of access.

4. Your content and data

Your content. You retain ownership of data, files, and materials you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Loger a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content only to provide, secure, and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to submit Your Content and to instruct us to process it (including connecting third-party accounts and stores). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for compliance with applicable laws (e.g. consumer pricing, product claims, IP).

AI outputs. Where the Services use AI, outputs are assistive and may be wrong. You must review outputs before relying on them (especially before publishing to live sales channels).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, and contract).

  • Upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or bypass security or usage limits.

  • Scrape or automate access to the Services in a way that impairs performance or violates our technical policies.

  • Use the Services to build a competing product by systematically extracting our non-public data or documentation.

  • Misrepresent identity, send spam, or harass others.

  • Submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

We may investigate and remove content or suspend access for violations.

6. Third-party services

The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, other stores). Those services are independent; their terms and privacy policies apply. Loger does not control and is not responsible for third-party acts, outages, or API changes. You are responsible for your relationships and compliance with those platforms.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation (excluding Your Content), are owned by Loger or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. Except for the limited rights to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software except as allowed by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • LOGER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID LOGER FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) [INSERT AMOUNT, e.g. USD 100].

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Loger and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to security, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may delete Your Content after termination subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Skövde have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version and updating the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

14. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Services (subject to any separate enterprise agreement you sign).

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.

  • No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

  • Severability. If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

  • Export. You comply with export and sanctions laws.
